TGT Soft won't deliver Style XP

TGT Soft, maker of Windows XP theming software Syle XP won't deliver.

Why won't they respond to neither my Pay Pal payment nor any of my 3 emails?
I don't know and as a paying customer, I don't think I have to care about.

Lucky me: I payed by Pay Pal, not directly by credit card.
Thus, I could open a dispute on the payment. And as TGT Soft didn't respond to this dispute within 10 days, the claim was automatically granted.

Tgt Soft won't follow-up/answer the 5 emails I have sent them in the last thirty days. My hard drive crashed and when I replaced it I re-installed the Style XP Software. I emailed the proof of purchase, the order number and new hardware ID number to TGT Soft. I got two responses to the five emails I sent asking me for proof of purchase and hardware ID. Do these poeple READ? I don't know where to go next for assistance since there is no contact phone number listed on their website. The software I paid for doesn't work now and I have had no technical help.

YOUR CORRECTION TO THIS PROBLEM IS SIMPLE. CONTACT THE FCC/FBI INTERNET FRAUD DIVISION REGARDING YOUR TRANSACTION. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND FILE A THEFT COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. THEN CONTACT THE CORPERATE TGT SOFT AND LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU HAVE FILED AGAINST THEM WITH THE FCC AND FBI.

I GUARANTEE THAT THIS WILL BRING THEM TO THEIR KNEES. ONCE THEY HAVE A COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST THEM THEY WILL BE INVESTIGATE DIRECTLY AND EVENTUALLY CEASE TO OPERATE IF THEY DO NOT CHANGE THERE WAYS. FILING A THEFT CHARGE WITH YOUR LOCAL PD OR SHERIFFS DEPT. WILL INITIATE A WARRANT BEING ISSUED FOR THEIR ARREST. THIS WARRANT WILL INCLUDE ANYONE DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE COMPANY. LET THE LAW DO THE WORK FOR YOU. LASTLY, CONTEST THE CC BILL WITH YOUR CC COMPANY AND HIT THEM THIS WAY.
